Firstly, a huge "Well Done" to Timmy for taking out the BCS National Title game. A superb season from start to finish.
BC tasted Bowl success also, with a comfortable win in the Champs Bowl.
Spartans started the trifecta with an Alamo Bowl victory over much fancied Texas Longhorns.
So we now turn our focus towards the Off Season. This time of year (Christmas, not off season) is always very busy for everyone, so I anticipate some time before we will all 3 be available to sit down and work our way through things.
I have tweaked a few sliders to try and make and 12-0 seasons a little bit harder. Any suggestions, post them here as comments.
Also, if you could post any potential availabilities for the Off Season schedule, it would be greatly appreciated. I am working through Xmas, so I can make it pretty much any night.
A final note, if you guys know of anyone who has the game and would be interested in an Online Dynasty, please feel free to invite them (I will have to be made aware of their PSN so I can invite them). Now is the time to do it, so they get a full Off-Season/Pre-Season before we kick off again. The more, the merrier.
Thanks again for a great season. Have a safe and happy holiday.
Cheers,
WolfMan

Week 13
Unlucky for some....Week 13 is here.
Timmy's Northwestern comes fresh off their Bye last week to travel to Illinois (3-7), in what should be a standard W for the best team in the country.
BC's Michigan come through a heartbreaking loss last week, and it doesn't get any easier as they face a strong Ohio State outfit. [Both teams with identical 9-2 records thus far]
Spartans took it to OT last week, but will be hoping to come out on top within 4 quarters this week as they entertain Penn State (6-4)
Best of luck as always.

Epic Fumble Return
Hey guys. Just wanted to share something with you from my 1UP Dynasty with Colorado.
Down by 8 in the Third Quarter, Texas Tech were looking to make it a 2 possession game, with a full set of downs from the 2 yard line. This play happened on 3rd and Goal. Enjoy :-)

Week 12
For the first time since Week 6, all 3 of us managed to win our matchups! It's the little things that we have to celebrate LOL.
Timmy and his Number 1 ranked Northwestern have a Bye Week, leaving BC's Michigan and my Spartans to retain the legacy.
#17 Michigan travel to Wisconsin (7-2) in what should be a good conference matchup Fresh from a Bye Week, and on a win streak of 3, Wisconsin will be looking to improve a respectable conference record of 4-2.
Back to winning ways v Indiana last week, the Spartans will have their best chance at ensuring at least a winning season when they host Purdue (5-5).
Feel free to post match reviews etc. below as comments.

Week 10 and Week 11
Week 10 has been, and gone. I have been slack...sorry guys.
Timmy rolls on to 9-0 with a solid victory this week over Indiana (35-14). And in Week 11 news, that takes Timmy to the Number 1 BCS ranking :-) Rose Bowl woooot. Obviously we will need to tinker with the AI in the offseason to make things a lil more difficult. Except for me. I suck haha j/k
BC and I had a really enjoyable match. His running game was rolling, and at least twice had drives lasting 10 plays or more. Really solid effort. Defensively, he stuffed any run game I even thought about. I aired it out decently, but the the "Lag Monster" hit us both. Sooooo bad, BC will vouch for this, I wondered at one stage if I could forfeit the match, it was doing my head in. Thankfully we carried on, and with about 1:50 left in the 4th qtr. normal service was resumed. I may have to invest in a long patch lead to run from the PS3 to wireless router, instead of wi-fi.
Anyway final score was 24-18.
BC faces a 3-5 Minnesota, in a bid to boost his current ranking from #19.
My Spartans are looking to return to the Winners Circle and rescue a once promising season from a losing record. Indiana will be the visitors in this clash.
Best of luck, and post comments/reviews below.
Cheers,
WolfMan.

Week 9
Week 9 is here.
The red-hot Northwestern travel to #21 Purdue (5-2) in what I hope will be a decent test for Timmy.
Conversely, a 2-5 Iowa lay ahead of BC's Michigan, who have slipped to #22 in the rankings, probably due to the inferior quality of opponent last week in the shape of Akron.
Spartans have a 5-2 Wisconsin job to face. Confidence is at a low point after last week's gut-wrenching loss to a mid-range opponent.

Missed FG return video
Just wanted to share this with you. From my Offline Dynasty (I am in year 3 with Colorado Buffaloes). This same player returned 2 kickoffs for scores in this match :-)

Week 8
Week 8 is here, and it provides some pretty interesting matchups.
Now #3 ranked Northwestern entertain #22 Penn State (4-2) in a nationally televised night match. BC's Michigan outscored this Penn State team by 2 points just two weeks ago, and is the source of their only conference loss, so far.
Michigan have what should be a routine assignment when they host Akron (2-3). Coming off a win last week over Miami University (1-6), Akron faced 21 3rd downs. converting just 6. If Michigan can sustain some OL pressure, the mistakes should come.
The Spartans also have a fairly standard opponent in Minnesota. In saying that, Timmy's NU had enormous trouble against them last week, taking it into OT before eventually putting it to bed. Perhaps Minnesota will draw confidence from a tight game. But I hope not :-)

Week 7
Wow. Still both you guys running hot at 5-0. Impressive. And scary for me haha.
Timmy's NU breaks into the top 5!!!! Now #4 Wildcats host a 2-3 Minnesota, a stepping stone on their way to a higher Coaches Poll ranking I am sure :-).
BC also 5-0 with Michigan, faces a much sterner test as #10 Purdue roll into town. With 4 wins, their only loss so far came in Week 1 at an always tough Notre Dame. 4 wins on the bounce, and fresh off a Bye Week should make this game one to watch.
My Spartans make the trip to Kent State (1-4), for I think the first time in a match with no broadcast this season.
Best of luck guys.
As always, match reviews, and links to pics or vids in the comments below.

Week 6
Another week in the books, and still 2 teams running undefeated.
Now #12 ranked Northwestern will have to prove their worth when they travel to face a 5-0 Ohio State.
Michigan (still #24) have a 5-0 record within their sights as they also take it out of town to meet a 3-1 Penn State.
A much maligned Iowa side, struggling at 1-3 this season are welcomed to East Lansing to face a smarting Spartans.
As always, post any reviews of matches or links to pics or replays in the comments below :-)

Week 5
Well the time has come. The time to prepare my Spartans for a raping of Wildcat proportions.
Once again, by a miracle of Jesus, a team on a bye week has climbed the rankings. Timmy you now own ranking #15.
BC's Michigan remains in #24 and faces an Illinois fresh off a bye week, but who lost their last game v Northern Illinois by 12 points.
I will let Timmy write this week's game recap, as I won't be able to see the keyboard through my tears LOL.
Good luck guys (except timmy).

Week 4
Welcome to Week 4 :-)
Timmy, you can have a rest while BC and I get to work :-)
BC comes up against a reasonable Vanderbilt team, with their only loss so far coming by way of Timmy's now #17 ranked Northwestern. Oh and don't ask me how, but without playing your rank has improved by 1 spot BC :-)
Auburn is up for me. A tough ask if I'm honest. Still not firing on all cylinders, with a very fortunate win over ND last week.
Anyway, we shall see, and perhaps I can join this exclusive top 25 club LOL, not likely.
As always, post thoughts and reviews below.

Week 3
So, I get to face a Notre Dame side coming from a pounding v BC's Michigan team. Could prove a hard task I feel.
Timmy has a matchup v Rice (1-1), and has moved to #20 in the Coach's poll.
A well done to BC for sliding into the #25 spot on the rankings. No game this week for Michigan, so just recruiting.
As always, post any match reviews for Week 3 here as a comment. Is always great to hear the finer details behind the scorelines. :-)
Cheers,

Week 2
OK, so for you guys this will be your second match of the season, but my first.
I warmed up nicely, returning the opening kick 92 yards for the score, and a shiny new PSN trophy (Hear a Pin Drop)
My Player of the Game was HB Edwin Baker. 21 carries for 165 yards and 3 scores. I busted a rush for 70 yards, and thought I would be smart and high-step it in with no-one around. I accidentally pressed "Square" and dived 2 yards short LOL.
Have 42% of the NCAA trophies so far.
Have you guys got Trifecta (Score Receiving, Rushing and Passing TD with 1 player)? I still haven't forced a Safety. Got close a few times, but either on the 1 yard or the QB gets it off just before the hit.
Posted below is timmy's recap of his match for this week.
BC, feel free to leave a review of your match v Notre Dame as a comment below this post :-)
From timmy...
Just wanted to tell you that I beat NIU 40-7 and only scored 2 Offensive TD's.
I had a FG return TD (broke fumble return record [I dont know what the deal is with returned FG attempts being counted as fumble recoveries]) a kickoff return TD and a pick 6.... and a safety :p
They are a C- team so my backups got playtime.... and gave up the TD.

Offseason Schedule
OK guys, can we all please reply and post what times we are feasibly available leading into this weekend (17 + 18/10).
I am fine from around 7:30pm (EDST) tomorrow, Friday I have a Drs. appointment, so after 10pm I should be ok. (Probably earlier than that, but just to be safe)
Saturday I should be fine all day unless I work, which at this stage I am not. So that would be from 10am EDST.
I'll update this post with any details you guys inform me of.
Thanks again,
WolfMan

Welcome to Aussie OD Blog!!
Hi guys. Just wanted to create this blog to make it a little easier for us all to communicate.
This will (hopefully) save us from logging onto PSN to see if anything has updated with the Online Dynasty for NCAA 10, and also allow us to keep each other up to date with progress etc.
Now I'm not a computer whizz, so this blog will be VERY basic in its function and layout. Just as long as we have a clear way of communicating is all I really care about.
That being said, if you have any ideas or suggestions to create a better blog, feel free to let me know.
